“My experience with Demacy was wonderful.

I knew when I found out I was pregnant with my 3rd baby I wanted to have a doula. After posting on social media, I found Demacy and we was very pleased with choosing her to be with us during my pregnancy, birth and postpartum. She made my birth experience a lot easier on me, not only did I have my husband with my but I had someone who I knew cared about my well being and my views on how I wanted my birth to go. Demacy was with us over 12 hours at the hospital and helped make my labor a lot easier and calmer for me. I highly recommend her as a doula. Not only was she my doula but I truly felt she was there as a friend to, which I loved due to the policy and guidelines we had to follow at the hospital containing visitor restrictions.”

Postpartum Support

My postpartum support focuses on nourishing this gentle transition in time. My goal is to make those first two months into motherhood easier by providing a listening ear, helping out around the house with light chores, tending to baby, and cooking meals. I like to weave foot soaks, herbal support, and mindful guidance into our time together. My goal is to connect you and your partner to the ability you have within to be excellent, loving parents. It’s ok to need a break. It’s okay to take time out for yourself. I am with you every step of the way by providing information and services that allow you that “me” time. Those first few weeks after bringing baby home can be rough but you do not have to do it alone.

Postpartum offerings include: lactation support, baby-wearing help, mindfulness practices, foot soaks, yoni steams, nourishing meals and snacks, light housework, baby care, organization help, and much more.
